The Extech AC Circuit Breaker Finder/Receptacle Tester quickly locates 110V to 125VAC circuit breakers and fuses. The variable sensitivity adjustment is used to pinpoint correct circuit breakers. Bright red and green LED lights indicate if the receptacle is correctly wired or six fault conditions. To test, simply plug the GFCI transmitter into an outlet and trace for the correct breaker at the electrical box.  The transmitter tests for reversed or open connections. 

 

Applications include locating branch circuit breakers without flipping breakers to other circuits, confirming proper wiring during electrical wiring installation or repair, and testing receptacle ground fault operation. The transmitter and receiver conveniently snap together for easy storage.

No, this circuit breaker finder has an operating voltage of 90 to 120 V and is only intended for use with 110 to 125 VAC circuit breakers and fuses.
