The Extech Humidity & Temperature Chart Recorder features simultaneous numerical and graphical display of humidity and temperature readings, plus time and date. The recorder measures humidity from 10% to 95% relative humidity, and temperatuer from -20.0°F to 140.0°F. The included LabView-based software calculates and graphs dew point, wet bulb, and grains per pound. The large dual graphical LCD displays readings with adjustable vertifcal and horizontal TAC resolution.
The internal memory records up to 49,000 data points that can be transfered to a PC via the RS-232 serial port for further data analysis. The detacheable probe extends up to 1 meter for measurements in closed environments. An audible and visual alarm will sound if high/low setpoints are exceeded. The output socket is used for an optional external alarm module.
Applications include monitoring and recording laboratory or clean room temperature and humidity history, recording process conditions, generating warning when conditions are outside required limits, monitoring controlled environment areas such as freezers, storage areas, and other critial areas, and storing humidity and temperature historical data for report generation.
